Beef Teriyaki (Serves 4): 1. Combine 250g bite-sized beef with 2 tbsp Obento Teriyaki Marinade and 1/4 cup cornflour and mix well. Let sit in the fridge for 10 mins. 2. Heat oil in a fry pan over medium high, add in the beef and fry for 1-2 mins on each side until browned and slightly charred. Set aside. 3. Saute 1/2 sliced onion until soft and translucent on medium/high heat. 4. Add beef and 2 tbsp Obento Teriyaki Marinade into the pan and stir for another 1-2 mins. Serve with rice.
