Directions Diffusion: Add up to 6 drops (0.3mL) to the water in your diffuser. Massage: Add 5 drops (0.2mL) to 10mL of carrier oil and massage into chest & back. The mixture can be kept for 24 hours at room temperature. Always read the label and follow directions for use. Not to be used on children under 5 years of age. Storage Temperature: Store below 30°C.
