Add the taco spice mix and 1/2 cup of water, then simmer until the sauce thickens and smells yummy.Make tacos extra crunchy by preheating the oven to 180C (160C fan-forced). Remove the taco shells from the plastic, keep the heatproof wedge inside the shells to retain their shape, fan the tacos slightly apart on an oven tray and heat for 5 minutes.
