Great pan, with rules to use and keep clean.

Great quality and small size pan. Fries 2 eggs sunny side up beautifully, quickly and evenly without sticking (using a little olive oil). Seems like it will last a long time, well made, only 1 month in. Does easily get discolored sometimes after cooking meals, but hoping this is a user error and will keep experimenting with temperatures to avoid hard oil marks on pan after cooking. The black, lightly abrasive 'KOH' sponges that are available in shops/online get this pan spotless with gentle scrubbing after soaking, if you're having trouble keeping the pan clean when discoloration persists.
