Hard for my elderly parents to use, you can't turn off the screen lock then when you do it automatically goes to missed messages which they don't know how to read nor want to. They keep pressing the wrong buttons and just want to make a phone call but can't seem to be able to. This is a phone for seniors, you should be able to just turn it on, type a number and call someone. it is overly complicated for no reason.

Phone is basic, but does the job. Not sure about the GPS function though.

This phone is very touchy I have accidentally called emergency number at least 3times.

I'm very happy with my new opel flip mobile. As a senior citizen who is not at all used to modern technology i find it easy to use.

This phone is a really good phone. I bought it for my 91-year-old father and he can control it No problems at all. The ringtone is loud so he can hear it. The buttons are big so he can see it all round a good phone for the elderly.

not good didnt even last 6 hours and all the updates on the phone to the old one not good at all

My 95 year old mum-in-law needed a simple mobile, so this does the job well, although something even simpler would be preferred.

This is a terrible phone for older people, the phone itself is not simple to navigate messages are impossible to read and the after sales service is poor too.

Excellent for an elderly friend east and less confusing than a touch screen. Except we can’t remove the screen lock and that’s a problem for a person forced to use their non dominant hand.

Even after an exchange of the phone for a new one an echo persists at the receiver end ones the bluetooth is activated. Turning the bluetooth off does not change anything. Only a factory reset fixes the issue. With other words if you dont need bluetooth it is an ok phone.
