Do not buy. Plastic flip cracked and the phone came apart. Staff at other retailers have heard of this happening.

Warning! This phone won't work when the 3G network is shut down, even though it's got 4G VoLTE.

Feels a bit cheap and plastic. It can talk, text and that's pretty much it. Wanted a phone which could at least use GPS and Whatsapp, but this thing will take you off the grid. I'm not complaining, just don't expect it to do anything sophisticated.

Great replacement phone for a similar 3G mobile. Purchased for an elderly parent.

They advertise this phone for seniors and it is simple and compact which is good for the elderly, but operationally it is quite complex. And having the left/right buttons unaligned with the up/down buttons and having two buttons labelled "..." just adds to the complexity.

Nice little phone, didn't quite suit my vision impaired mother. Better quality than her previous Opel.

Bad sound quality on received calls, muffled voice

Purchased for my 99 year old mother, she finds it easy to use - only rings out on it or receives calls. Doesn’t text - the numbers are nice & big for her, which I think is important for older users. From the time we ordered online until it arrived at the door - less than 24hours - very impressed.

Very simple and easy to use. Large numbers and open to answer and close to end conversation. Purchased for a senior lady that had never had a mobile phone before. Perfect phone if you do not need internet. A Great basic and very compact mobile phone. So light and very comfortable in your pocket. Just what you need if you only want a mobile phone. Highly recommend everyone has one as a backup phone so you don't lose communication.
