I've found it to be a decent mouthwash. I usually rinse in the evenings before bed and I've found that my mouth feels much fresher in the mornings. When I rinse in the mornings, my mouth feels noticeably fresher for longer. Would recommend

I was really happy with Colgate Optic White mouthwash because firstly it didn't burn like other mouthwash and I found the light minty flavour literally a breath of fresh air whilst having a pleasant taste yet not too overpowering. I love that it is alcohol free and my favourite is that it does whiten your teeth with continuous use yet I don't think it instantly whitened them but I definitely will continue using and would highly recommend.
