My favourite soup

Great tasting soup , I add extra veges from the list and blend them through to make a filling meal

Ok for short term

The potato and leg flavour is reasonably good but the texture let it down for me even when mixed thoroughly. It had powdery and slightly grainy consistency that wasn’t particularly enjoyable. It is an okay option if you’re looking for a meal replacement soup but it’s not something I look forward to having every day.

Not the tastiest line up of fasting soup, would recommend just getting soup bones/ ingredients from the grocer and making it yourself… tastes like chalk 😬

Great diet lunch option

It’s really hard to find meal replacement options that aren’t sweet, so this is great - easy to prep and filling, especially if you throw some extra in like chopped celery. I’ve been eating this and the chicken flavour daily for a couple of weeks without getting sick of it.
