Tastes good and gives a burst of energy. Not particularly healthy, but better for you than a Coke.

These are very tasty, a bit too bubbly sometimes lol. I shared with my husband and he liked them too.

Taste is great and love that it is a full size can with only 100 mg of caffeine

I’ve been really impressed with Essential Amin.o. Energy + Electrolytes! The flavor is great without being overly sweet, and it gives me a clean boost of energy without the jitters or crash. I love that it also has electrolytes to help with hydration after a workout. It mixes easily, has zero sugar, and is perfect for busy mornings, workouts, or an afternoon pick-me-up. Definitely one of my new go-to drinks

Way better than a Celsius. I just count fall in love or else I would give a 5 stars. The strawberry flavor is strong. It’s good, but very obviously artificial tasting. I made a mocktail with it a few times with crushed strawberries and juice to make a refresher type drink. That was really nice. All in all it’s good for a caffeine kick.

Different than regular energy drinks these were very low in caffeine! The flavoring is top notch I got the strawberry and it tasted fantastic!
