i really enjoyed this protein powder. the vainilla ice cream flavor tastes great and is not overly sweet, making it easy to drink after a workout or a snack during the day, it mixes well with water or milk without leaving many lumps, and the texture is smooth. i also like that it provides a good amount of protein to help support my daily nutrition goals. overall, it’s a convenient and tasty option that i would purchase again

I went back and forth on this protein each time I used it. The pros: it blends really well to a very smooth consistency. It didn’t upset my stomach or cause any bloating the way other protein powders have in the past. And it’s low calorie, and only 1g of sugar for a good protein pay off (24g per serving.) However, I couldn’t get past how overly sweet it tasted. It overpowered the flavor to where all I could taste was artificial sweetener which for me was ultimately a deal breaker.

Love the taste of this whey protein. It’s not too strong and not too sweet. I also tried it in my strawberrry, blueberry shake, and it was amazing! For the first taste test, I simply stirred it with a spoon and it dissolved after a bit. In a blender, obviously it dissolves easily. I would recommend drinking it with your favorite type of milk. It’s only 120 calories and a nice 31g of protein per serving, so it’s definitely worth it if you’re working out or just need to make up your protein for the day.

Im a big fan of the product and would recommend it to anyone. The appearance is clean and straight forward. Yes you get less in the tub due to settling but it does not effect the taste or how it is supposed to work. The rich smell of the vanilla is pleasing and for a pre or post workout shake it works in a pinch.

I got to try this Optimun Nutrition protein powder and it was so good. The flavor was delicious and it was so creamy and it really tasted like vanilla ice cream. It incorporates well with both milk and water and it doesn't have an artificial flavor or gritty texture. I incorporated it after my daily workout and it really made me feel very satisified and I loved the idea that is gluten free with a high quality whey protein. I really recommen it!

Great protein powder, the flavor is sweeter than a usual plain vanilla in my opinion. The container stays fresh and is easy to scoop from. I used this powder in milkshakes and dry.

I’ve been using this product for a few weeks now to add protein in to my diet and aid in weight lifting muscle recovery. I have tried tons of protein powders from various brands and this is one of the best I have tried. Mixed with milk, this is a treat! It feels like I’m outside on a hot Alabama summer day drinking a melting vanilla ice cream milkshake. I get the best smooth texture from mixing this into my cup of milk with a milk frother. The packaging is super sleek and looks great in a gym bag or on a counter top for a male or female. I had never tried this brand of protein before, but I will continue to try other flavors and products!!

I normally dislike most protein shakes but this flavor is actually good. With cold water (best if it’s room temp), it actually melts and the texture is creamy with little to no bubbles. Hot water makes the texture bumpy and very thick, so bad. But overall, it’s a great product 🥤✨
