Common Uses Formulated Meal Replacement for Weight Control

Directions Mix 3.5 level scoops to 350ml of chilled water in a shaker and shake to dissolve. Drink immediately, do not store for use at a later time. Replace up to two meals per day and have a well-balanced third meal and snacks. Drink a minimum of 2 litres of water per day.

Disappointing- doesn’t fill me up.

Taste is good, a little on the sweet side but pleasant. The issue is that it is not filling. The texture itself is really light and it’s easy to drink quickly and feel unsatisfied. It does a weird thing where it “kicks in” 15 minutes after and you don’t feel hungry for a while, but that is very short lived. I’ve had several better shakes than this one that are more effective and don’t contain artificial sweeteners. I won’t be buying it again
