Common Uses Formulated Meal Replacement for Weight Control

Directions Mix 3.5 level scoops to 350ml of chilled water in a shaker and shake to dissolve. Drink immediately, do not store for use at a later time. Replace up to two meals per day and have a well-balanced third meal and snacks. Drink a minimum of 2 litres of water per day.
