1. Add one 25g sachet of Optislim VLCD Platinum Shake to 200ml of cold skim milk (less than 1% fat).2. Blend or shake to dissolve.3. Drink immediately.Once prepared any unused portions of Optislim VLCD Platinum should be discarded. It should not be stored for use at a later time.
