Add one 55g sachet to 200ml of hot water, do not use boiling water. Does the job, but the recipe change tastes foul

I bought 3 packets of the VLCD Creamy Chicken because I used it a couple of years ago and loved the flavour. Well... there's been a recipe change. The nutritional values have improved, however it no longer says Gluten Free. Yes. It is gloopy... but the bad thing about it is the flavour of the ones I had before is no longer there. These new ones (purchased Feb 2026) taste chemically. Theres a really odd taste to it. I'm definitely not looking forward to eating it like I had in the past. The flavour is officially foul. Definitely losing weight on it though. So yeah... it works for that.
