Disappointed

Used to get the best floss ligature for effective isolation, with the old version. The new one is too thick, curls a lot and hard to manage. So disappointed!

Horrible

The new tape with the weave pattern shreds terribly and does not fit in between my teeth (they are tight) . I've already returned what I bought and searching for anything similar. I've used the Oral B super glide for years. Please bring it back!!!

Not fit for purpose.

I’m so disappointed in the revised Glide Dental floss. It is horrible, and the old one was perfect for my teeth, which are very close together. It used to glide effortlessly, and now I struggle to use it. It gets stuck, and shreds, and gets so slippery. I hate it! Bring back the original please!

New formula floss a complete fail. It is too smooth and gets slimy when handled. I am unable to grip it and use it. Who are the idiots that did this?

Not Happy with new floss!!

I received the NEW dental floss from my dentist & do NOT like it. It feels like WIRE. I have tried to find the OLD version but cannot fine it in any retail stores.

New non Teflon tape formulation is not fit for pur

I am an award winning dentist who has recommended Crest/Oral-B floss sticks / floss for 25 years. The new formulation is truly awful. I do not understand how it passed any form of credible quality control. I will no longer stock Glide in my practices as it is no longer fit for purpose.

I absolutely HATE the new floss

I absolutely HATE the new floss. I have used Glide floss for years and years - the new stuff is terrible, and I will be searching for a different make. I am going to return mine to the drugstore and ask for a refund. It does not even rate one star, it is so awful.

From the best floss to the worst

It WAS exceptional, before being completely ruined. This was really the best floss money could buy, and then it changed completely, basically it's now a piece of plastic. Bring back the old Pro Health!
