Origins Candle French Clary Sage

On sunny August days; across the rolling foothills of the Provence region of south-eastern France; these short-lived, fragile and aromatic herbs colour the landscape a delicate pale purple.   Lovingly protected from the elements by its farmers to preserve its aromatic, fresh, fruity brightness.
