Highly Recommend!!!

I would highly recommend these for any woman going through Menopause. They have helped me so much in the first two months of taking them. My hot sweats have become minimal as have my moods. I'm still a little moody but not as much as i used to be. These things take time but these supplements are the best thing to help you get through it.
