Before insertion roll the earplugs between your fingers squeezing it until it is thin
Then place into the ear canal and wait so it expands
Make sure the end of the earplug is sticking outside the ear canal
Do not insert completely into the ear canal
Effectiveness check: Cup hands over the ears then move hands outwards. Should a noticeable change in sound occur, check earplugs are properly inserted

Do not use if material is soiled or degraded. Inedible, do not consume. Store away from children. Not suitable for flight travel. Do not use whilst driving. Child supervision advised. Suggested product life is maximum 5 uses per earplug. Store in container packaging.
