Pain Away Heat Patches are air-activated, no need to preheat in an oven or microwave. When ready, remove the protective layer from the patch and apply the adhesive side to the inside of clothing, close to the painful area.DO NOT APPLY DIRECTLY ONTO SKIN, ONLY APPLY OVER CLOTHING.Monitor area closely for signs of excessive heat or burn and then remove after 8 hours.Do not wear on the same area for more than 8 hours in a 24 hour period or use while sleeping.
