Pain Away Heat Patches are air-activated, no need to preheat in an oven or microwave. When ready, remove the protective layer from the patch and apply the adhesive side to the inside of clothing, close to the painful area.DO NOT APPLY DIRECTLY ONTO SKIN, ONLY APPLY OVER CLOTHING. Monitor area closely for signs of excessive heat or burn and then remove after 8 hours.Do not wear on the same area for more than 8 hours in a 24 hour period or use while sleeping.

Burn Hazard: This Heat Patch can reach up to 60°C+. This heat patch delivers a high amount of strong heat and has the potential to cause skin irritation, burns or blisters. Check skin periodically to avoid the risk of burns. Discontinue use if skin sensitivity occurs or the patch gets uncomfortably hot. Consult a doctor before use if you are diabetic, pregnant, have poor circulation, cardiac disease, rheumatoid arthritis, nerve damage, sensitive skin, a skin condition or an allergy to sticking plasters.
