Almost a winner, but not quite.

XD/UX improvement suggestions -Tray close latching mechanism too much friction upon close and unforgiving angle guidance. -Primary Temp and Time buttons too small, and should be arranged or distinct from other preset buttons. Touch target larger. -Skip temp confirm step - preset to 180 is at least 4 standard deviations of user scenarios. Reduces 3 to 2 steps to start cooking and is visible upon start anycase. -Longer timer on auto-light

My first airfryer

The airfryer works well and appears to be very efficient, I feel I am not using it to the best of its ability. It would have been helpful if there had been a short instruction for use booklet included with the machine.

I have really loved the design, the new technology they have introduced through this airfryer. Philips 2000 Airfryer - just perfect !

The Philips 2000 Series 6.2L Airfryer shines for its ease of use and stellar cooking results. Its intuitive digital interface and nine preset programs make operation a breeze, even for beginners. The spacious basket accommodates family-sized portions effortlessly. Cooking a whole roast chicken was a delight—set the temperature to 180°C for 60 minutes, and it emerged golden, juicy, and perfectly cooked with minimal effort. Potato fries, whether fresh or frozen, turned out crisp and golden at 200°C for 20 minutes, requiring just one shake halfway through. The air fryer’s Rapid Air technology ensures even cooking without excess oil, delivering healthier meals. Cleaning is simple, with a non-stick basket that wipes down easily. For anyone seeking a user-friendly appliance that consistently nails dishes like chicken and fries, this air fryer is a top choice.

Makes cooking easy

Love this product, settings are easily displayed on the front of the air fryer and a viewing window so you can check how it’s going. Size was a bit small for our family but it makes cooking a lot quicker and easier.

Not as good as previous Phillips model.

I wish we knew what the icons were as some are not totally obvious. It also seems to switch off unexpectedly after about a minute. Are we doing something wrong ? My husband keeps saying he preferred our previous model which admittedly was more than double the price of this one.

Efficient and Reliable

Been using it for a while now, and I’m genuinely impressed with how well it performs. It’s compact but powerful, heats up quickly, and cooks food evenly every time. Whether it’s fries, veggies, or frozen snacks, everything turns out crispy on the outside and tender on the inside — without needing much oil. Cleaning is also super easy with the removable non-stick basket, and the controls are user-friendly even for someone who’s not very tech-savvy. It’s perfect for small households or anyone who wants healthier meals without sacrificing taste. Overall, it’s been a great addition to my kitchen, and I highly recommend it if you’re after a no-fuss, reliable airfryer that does exactly what it promises.

Philips 2000 Series 4.2L Airfryer

The Philips 2000 Series 4.2L Airfryer has been a game changer for our family, it has made meal times so much quicker and easier. My favourite thing about it is how fast it cooks the food and no waiting for it to preheat. Since getting the Airfryer we have used it every single day, from cooking homemade chips to fish, chicken and toasted sandwiches. I love how simple it is to use and how easy it is to clean, straight in the dishwasher! This Airfryer is an absolute must have for families, 10/10 will be recommending to everyone I know!

An efficient, kitchen all-rounder!

Upon receiving the Phillips Airfryer, I was immediately drawn to its sleek design. It is a compact device that fits neatly on my kitchen counter top. Connecting it up to the app was a breeze, although I was slightly thrown off by the lack of instruction manual that usually accompanies such technology. This was not too much of a hassle as there were many helpful resources available online. The first dish I made was Teriyaki salmon. The salmon fillets were done in no time and were infinitely times juicier than when I cook them on the stove. The cooking time was mere 10 minutes and clean up was simple thanks to the non-stick surface. I've also utilised the baking function to make baked cheesecakes and sausage rolls - all of which were done in a fraction of the time of an oven and cooked to perfection. My final venture were donuts which were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. They were light, airy and everything I could have hoped for. Couldn't recommend this device more!

Phillips 2000 series air fryer review!

I have received the Phillips 2000 air fryer to trial and review! Thankyou for this great opportunity to try this absolutely awesome air fryer, I am so very impressed with the new modern technology! The app is amazing and still learning. My daughter loves it too as she can use her phone . It cooks great having tried everything from pizza to chicken kievs and the most crispy chips! I am looking for great new air fryer recipes to try now. I love it and would highly recommend.

This airfryer is really easy to use and I've tried cooking a variety of foods in it, such as chicken bites, sausages and even vegetables. I tried to upload more pictures but can't seem to do so. The app is not as helpful as I had hope but most products today will include instructions to cook with an air fryer. It heats up really fast and cooks our food perfectly each time. The only criticism is that it is a bit small, but with how fast it cooks, I don't mind doing a few rounds of cooking to complete what I need to make. Great product all round. Looks stylish in my kitchen too!

Great option

I’ve been using the Philips 2000 Series 4.2L Airfryer for a few weeks now, and I’m really happy with it. It’s the perfect size for one or two people—big enough to cook a decent meal without feeling cramped, but compact enough to not take over my kitchen counter. The digital touchscreen is easy to navigate, and the presets make cooking simple, though I usually just set my own time and temperature. What really stands out is how crispy and tasty my food comes out with hardly any oil—frozen fries, chicken breasts, veggies, even reheated pizza all get a nice crunch without being greasy or soggy. It heats up quickly and cooks faster than my oven, which is a huge time-saver. Cleanup is a breeze since the basket and tray are dishwasher safe and don’t hold onto any oil or mess. The only downsides are that it’s not great for larger meals (you’ll have to cook in batches if you’re feeding more than two) and you do need to shake or flip your food halfway through for even cooking.

Philips 2000 Series 6.2L Airfryer

I've always wanted an air fryer and finally got to try the Philips 2000 Series 6.2L Airfryer. Space is tight in our apartment, but it fits perfectly under the microwave where we have a single power point. I’ve only had it for two weeks and haven’t tried many recipes yet, but I’m already impressed. I tested it with potato gems—cooked a batch in the oven and another in the air fryer. The air fryer was done in half the time, while the oven ones burned! The HomeID app has been super helpful for figuring out time and temperature, especially as a beginner. I also love the built-in light to check on food as it cooks. It’s compact, efficient, and easy to use. I’m excited to try more recipes soon!

Perfect for convenience

So grateful I was given this because it came at the perfect time. Sickness plagued our household and we were craving quick and easy dinners. The air fryer was pretty easy to use, however I didn’t love that I was left guessing what each setting was (and had to refer to the manual each time I was cooking something new). The light switch function is a game changer! I love that you can see how your food is cooking without interfering with the frying. I found the size of the basket to be excellent! Perfect size for a family cooking, roasting or baking. I love that you can also buy an extra accessory insert to enable cooking of eggs, pancakes etc. Super easy to clean with a removable shelf. Everything appears to be non stick which helps too. The actual cooking of food worked really well. I’m not sure my muffins came out how I expected but they were delicious! The app was terrible - would not even bother with using that. Overall, would recommend! Looks great in my kitchen too!

From Schnitzels to Mini Muffins and More

I challenged myself to use the Philips 2000 Series 4.2 L Airfryer for every meal for a whole week after I got it. I made mini muffins first and they were muffin-crunchy on the outside and melt-in-your-mouth soft on the inside (sooo good!) I used the Airfryer to toast my Turkish Bread golden brown, and it heated up some sliced deli ham for a delish breakfast. For lunch, I use it to cook chicken tenders and heat some soft wraps for a delicious lunch of sweet chilli chicken tender wraps with sour cream. Then I cooked 3 large schnitzels and potato gratins in the Airfryer for dinner, which turned out beautifully golden brown on the outside and tender on the inside. I am sooo excited to keep finding different ways to use my awesome new airfryer. I love that the drawer is more square rather than round, so I can fit more food in. It heats up really quickly, and I haven't needed to preheat. And it's so much quieter than my old airfryer (my daughter didn't even realise it was on).

Airfryer

The Philips 2000 Airfryer is very easy to use and cooks food fast with a nice crispy outside. I like how tasty and healthy the meals are. The app is simple and helpful. Cleaning is quick and easy because the parts come out and do not stick. Points deducted due to size. Wish it was bigger.
