We swapped a manual toothbrush for the Sonicare 4100 for my daughter. It has been such a great fit for her routine. The little buzz that lets her know when to move to a new area of her mouth is so helpful for her to start to learn how long she should work in each area and also keeps track of how long she's been brushing. It takes the guesswork out of brushing and helps her actually cover everywhere instead of camping out in one spot. It's lightweight enough that she can hold and maneuver it easily on her own, which has made her so much more independent about brushing. Charging is quick and lasts a long time too, so we're never left scrambling when the battery gets low. It comes in blue instead of the usual black or white, so it stands out on the bathroom counter and there's zero confusion about whose brush is whose. TLDR: Super clean and actually enjoyable. Major upgrade from my spin brush. I had an electric spin style brush that I thought was doing a good job, but I am so glad that I was sent the Sonicare as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. My teeth feel dentist level clean. It might sound weird, but I can't stop feeling my teeth. The toothbrush itself feels premium; lightweight but doesn't feel plastic-y. The head is more slender so it is much easier to get to the back teeth. It has timers on it, but to be honest, I don't feel like I really need them anymore. I am brushing longer without them, because I low key enjoy brushing my teeth. I am not one to be effusive in reviews typically, but the tooth brush is worth the upgrade. My husband is actually ordering one for himself right now.

Thanks to the stellar product review panel for sending me this wonderful toothbrush. I would recommend it to everyone, my teeth have never felt so clean. I have used other electric toothbrushes that are too strong and hurt my gums, but this one was gentle and felt good to use without compromising how clean my mouth felt. My favorite feature is the built in timer and QuadPacer, I find it super helpful to make sure I’m getting all my teeth clean and not unintentionally focusing on a smaller area in my mouth. I also find it interesting that this toothbrush has a built in sensor to tell me if I am putting too much pressure on my teeth as I am brushing them. I’ve learned that this can damage the enamel on my teeth and I love that my toothbrush is looking out for me.

In our home we believe in thorough dental care as we have a family history of dental issues, and Phillips Sonicare 4100 fits right in to that routine! First, it’s made by a brand I know and trust Phillips Sonicare, and for my family having a well known quality brand is major. The fact that’s #1 recommended by dental professionals is another point in its favor. Then you have the sleek look and muted light pink color that doesn’t clash with my bathroom counter or walls- it blends in seamlessly. The charging stand is small and doesn’t make the counter look cluttered or overwhelmed, like I said before, it just blends right in. Now for the cleaning benefits, after my first use my teeth felt squeaky clean, like leaving the dentist clean. I loved the added pressure sensor that adjust so I don’t overdo it. Multiple intensities (3) allow me to work my way up to the deep clean that I want gradually over time as opposed to going all in at a high level at once. The Quadpacer is genius as it helps remind me to switch positions of the brush to make sure I fully clean all of my teeth and spend the proper amount of time on each part of my mouth. I’ve been using it as an upgrade from my regular manual toothbrush, and I honestly didn’t realize how much I’d like having an electric toothbrush as part of my everyday routine. What I really like about it is that it gives you that deep, fresh-clean feeling without feeling too harsh. The Sonicare technology helps clean between your teeth and along the gumline, and the C2 Optimal Plaque brush head is designed to remove up to 700% more plaque than a manual toothbrush. It also has flexible bristles that help with polishing and removing surface stains. The pressure sensor is probably one of my favorite features because I definitely have a tendency to brush a little too hard. If you’re putting too much pressure on your teeth or gums, the handle lets you know so you can ease up. It’s such a simple thing, but it makes you more aware of how you’re actually brushing. It also takes a lot of the guesswork out of brushing. The SmarTimer lets you know when you’ve hit the recommended two minutes, while the QuadPacer helps you spend enough time on each section of your mouth. And if you’re not used to an electric toothbrush, the EasyStart feature gradually increases the power during the first 14 uses, which makes the transition a lot easier. Another thing I love is the battery life. One full charge can last up to 14 days with regular use, so I don’t have to constantly think about charging it. There’s also a reminder that lets you know when it’s time to replace your brush head, which is nice because I’m definitely guilty of forgetting about that. Id say the Philips Sonicare 4100 is a really nice little upgrade if you want to make your brushing routine feel more effective without making it complicated. I need a soft toothbrush as I have sensitive gums. Usually when a toothbrush is advertised as soft it's still too hard. When I was sent this toothbrush from the Stellar Testing Panel I'll admit, I was leary. I have one toothbrush I can typically use that doesn't cause bleeding or gum soreness. Obviously at first glance this toothbrush is classy and sleek, as far as toothbrushes go. It came already charged and ready to use. This toothbrush has three intensity settings and I can use all three with no sensitivity or pain. It works incredibly well at cleaning the teeth with minimal effort on my behalf. Another handy feature is the pressure sensor. If I'm pushing too hard while brushing it makes a sound and handle vibration reminding me to take it easy. It also has a "smartimer" which automatically shuts the toothbrush off once the two minute brushing period is over. Overall I love this new toothbrush. I've been using it multiple times a day for over three weeks now and I don't see myself going back to my last toothbrush.

I've known that I needed to take better care of my teeth. As a busy mom, going quickly through the motions is all too easy for me. I was given this product by the Stellar Product Testing panel but the review and opinions are my own. Honestly, I’ve never been a fan of electric toothbrushes. Call me old school, but I always feel like the toothbrush heads are too small for my preference and I never use as much pressure with an electric. With that said, my dentist always say electric is best so now I use both! Haha. I do like the ability to get into smaller spaces at the back molars and I like the automatic timers. I even love the light, muted pink color that I chose. My husband can clearly distinguish between our electric brushes now. The battery life is also great as I did not have to charge it for many days. Which is great because i do not like to leave the charger out on my sink area. But even if you did want to leave it out, the charger is very small and discrete. Again, it’s a toothbrush. Not sure how excited i can be about it. But its cute, quiet, and does the job it was intended to do!
