1. Clean and dry the wound and surrounding area. 2. Treat wound with first aid cream or antibiotic ointment. 3. Cover the wound with a non-stick pad, dressing or bandage, and secure with the tape. Tape should extend at least 1.5cm beyond the dressing.

Avoid wrapping too tightly or stretching tape on skin. Remove tape if swelling or numbness occurs and reapply to relieve tension.
