The lock is set at the manufacturer to open at 000.To set new code, follow these steps:1. Put in current combination (or 000 if the product is brand new) and pull the shackle out.2. Rotate the shackle 90 degrees counter clockwise against the groove and press down firmly. Align the new code and pull the shackle up.3. Pull out the shackle vertically and rotate the shackle 90 degrees to the original position, close, rotate dials and your padlock will be closed and locked.
