For use when iron deficiency anaemia has been diagnosed by a doctor and a therapeutic iron supplement is recommended. Iron and vitamin C supplementation may help relieve fatigue where dietary intake of both nutrients is inadequate.

Adults: Take one tablet daily or as directed by physician. Swallow the tablet whole, do not crush or chew.

Suitable for vegetarians. Does not contain sucrose, lactose and gluten.

Ferrous sulfate 325mg, equivalent to 105mg of elemental iron; ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 500mg

Do not take this product for more than 12 months except on medical advice. Store below 30°C. Do not use if cap seal is broken.
