Read the enclosed patient information leaflet for further information.Adults & Children 12 years and over:Constipation: 1 sachet daily, increasing to 2 or 3 sachets daily if necessary.Faecal impaction as diagnosed by your doctor:8 sachets per day, taken within 6 hours.Dissolve the contents of one sachet in 125 ml (about ½ cup) of water, stir well, then drink.
