Adults and children 12 years & over:One spray into each nostril every 8-10 hours, as required, do not exceed 3 doses in 24 hours.1. Blow the nose before administration.2. Remove the cap.3. Before first use, pump several times until a fine spray is released.4. Gently insert into the nose.5. Breath in through your nose whilst firmly pressing down the pump once. Keep the nozzle upright properly when spraying.6. Repeat in other nostril.7. Wipe the pump and replace the cap after use.

Xylometazoline hydrochloride 138 micrograms.

Do not use in chidren under 12 year. Do not use for more than 3 days at a time unless advised by a doctor or pharmacist. Frequent or prolonged use may cause nasal congestion to recur or worsen. If congestion persists, consult your doctor or pharmacist. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, check with your doctor or pharmacist before using this product. This product should only be used by one person. Sharing may spread infection. Contains benzalkonium chloride as a preservative. Store below 25°c. Do not freeze. Discard 1 month after opening.
