started well

I bought this around a year ago, I haven't had any issues with it until recently. The sound has become really bad, it also continusly disconnects and reconnects, this has made the headset unusable, I take good care of my stuff so I know that I havent broke it

Sound great, built cheaply

They only lasted 4 months before the plastic on either side of the headband started to crack. This is a widely known quality issue and I’d recommend you avoid buying these headphones.

Great sound/integration with a very poor design.

Brilliant sounds and integration with the ps5 console. But poorly designed. My second set lasted just past the warranty.. again. Before breaking in the same spot.

Broke at the headband join 2 weeks after purchase, DO not buy for adult use, if you have a kid size head ... maybe ... nope just don't

Disappointing that a company like Sony can make a great

Disappointing that a company like Sony can make a great looking product that performs very well for the price bracket it sits in only to be let down by the basics. A simple under engineered headband. Yes, everyone that has one of these things is saying the same thing. If it hasn’t happened to you yet, don’t worry, it will. This could have been so much better. Conveniently for PlayStation (Sony) it’s out of the 12-month warranty period and the consumer is left holding the can. In a case as wide spread as this it should be a product recall. Buy a pair of JBL’s instead. Great quality, no USB link adaptor and a hundred bucks cheaper!

Snapped. Broke. $200 Gone!

Broke on me after 6 months. Not worth the price. The audio is amazing and mic quality is good. The design is stunning just the material lets the product down

Expect a mechanical failure

This is a good headset but let down by the last ice headband which snapped after less than 20 uses (in about 6 months) merely through the action of taking the headset off. The sound is great, although you get sporadic disconnection messages, but it would reconnect again straight away. Unfortunately though the brittle plastic head band ruins this whole product. Fortunately the guys at JB were great and allowed me to change over for another brand.
