Thoroughly wash and dry heel area
Remove the cover sheet on the rear side of the patch. Then, peel off the release paper on the surface of gel
Apply the patch to the heel with the gel facing the skin
Wear the patch overnight and remove it in the morning. Rinse off any residue with water
