TRESemme Purple Conditioner

I’ve been using the TRESemmé Purple Toning Conditioner alongside the matching shampoo, and together they make a fantastic combination. As someone who’s embracing my natural salt-and-pepper hair, I’ve found this conditioner really helps enhance the silver tones while reducing unwanted yellow and brassy hues. My husband also uses it on his naturally blonde-grey hair with equally great results, so it’s become a regular product in our household. The conditioner has a lovely scent, a rich, creamy texture and spreads easily through the hair. It leaves my hair feeling soft, smooth and hydrated without weighing it down, which is something I’ve struggled to find with other purple toning conditioners. I only use it once a week with the matching shampoo, and that’s enough to keep my hair looking fresh, bright and healthy. The only reason I’ve given it 4 rather than 5 stars is because, like the shampoo, it’s quite pigmented, so I recommend following the directions and not leaving it on for longer than necessary unless you’re aiming for a slight purple tint. Overall, it’s a great conditioner that delivers excellent results and has become part of my regular hair care routine.

Great Toner for brassy hair

So, I tried this Purple Toning Conditioner after shampooing my hair, and it's basically a conditioner packed with purple pigment and coconut oil. Honestly, it did a great job at knocking out those brassy, yellow tones I had going on after recently been at the hairdresser. Plus, the coconut oil really helped bring some life back to my hair, which was dry. All you need to do is leave it on for 2 minutes and the yellow tones are mostly gone. It also has a lovely scent that you can even smell the next day.
