Chew 1-4 tablets as required. Maximum daily dose: Adults 12 tablets, Children (6-12 years) 6 tablets.  

Calcium Carbonate 780mg, Magnesium Carbonate Hydrate 130mg, Magnesium Trisilicate 130m

Not suitable for children under 6 years or patients with impaired kidney function. Use only as directed. Seek medical advice if symptoms persist or if taking other medication. If pregnant do not exceed the recommended dose unless under medical supervision.
