Razer Basilisk V3 Pro 35K Wireless Gaming Mouse (White)

The mouse is fantastic in so many ways and would be deserving of a 5 star rating if it weren't for a known issue with the scroll wheel I only learned about after purchasing. On the 2nd day of using this mouse, the scroll wheel stopped working (it physically worked, but wouldn't send a signal to the computer). After some research, I found an easy fix which is: - Set switch on the back to bluetooth (BT) - Then set to off for a few seconds - Then once turned back on to 2.4 the scroll wheel should work again However, this is not something that should be happening new from box and not something you should have to regularly fix! I was shocked at the amount of people who were experiencing this issue. Like I said, in every other way this is a fantastic mouse - comfortable design, smooth movements, good software settings, etc. But for the price, it should not be doing this
