After using it for a few weeks, my hair feels incredibly soft and smooth, which is a big win for me since my hair can get dry and frizzy. A little goes a long way, and it absorbs nicely without feeling greasy, which I appreciate for both day and night use. It seems to deliver on its claims of strengthening and protecting hair, and I’ve noticed less breakage during styling. That said, I’m a bit annnoyed at the high dimethicone content. While it definitely contributes to that silky feel, I worry it might weigh my hair down over time or lead to buildup, which could cause issues down the road. I’ve been making sure to clarify my hair regularly to oppose this. Also, while the serum works well, I didn’t spot any standout or innovative ingredients in the formula. It feels like a solid product, but the ingredient list looks similar to what you’d find in most other hair serums on the market—nothing particularly unique or groundbreaking. Would I keep using it? Probably, because the shine is great, but I’ll be mindful of the dimethicone and keep an eye out for something with a fresher ingredient profile.

I have previously used the shampoo and conditioner from the same line, so my hopes were high - and I’m happy to say it lived up to the hype! The serum can be used in the morning or night, and while trialing this both ways, I preferred the night option. When I woke up and went to style my hair, I saw a noticeable difference in how much easier it was to style my locks. My hair felt soft, nourished, less tangled - and added bonus, smelt amazing! Frizz was also minimised which was a huge plus. Anything that helps manage and style my hair quicker in the mornings like this serum gets a 10/10 from me!

I may be biased as redken is a staple in my hair routines. They always create great products that leave my hair feeling strong, shiny and healthy and this serum is nothing short of that. It applies easily to my hair, I always use it after I wash my hair and apply to the ends. It makes my hair so soft and also helps with making my hair less tangled when I brush it after a wash. It doesn’t make my hair feel heavy or full of product either. I’ve definitely noticed my hair feeling softer after use and would highly recommended to anyone suffering from dry or damaged hair.

I was pleasantly surprised with the product and the appearance of my hair after using the product. The product can be used on damp hair for a pick me up or on dry hair to tame lengths or ends. It smells fabulous and can be left on your hair overnight for bond repair as a mask, or even be used to tame frizzy hair; it's a perfect product for multiple uses and only a small amount of the product is required. With regular use, preferably with the matching shampoo/conditioner, it will make your hair feel stronger, thicker and have less breakage. Great for daily use, suitable for coloured hair and a great product overall. The price is a bit on the high side, but you really do get what you pay for.

I apply two pumps to damp hair before blow-drying, and it acts as a heat protectant while also reducing frizz. At night, I use it on dry ends as an overnight treatment, and by morning, my hair feels noticeably softer. I really enjoyed using the Redken Acidic Bonding concentrate 24/7 Night & Day serum. I primarily used it during the day when styling my hair as I find it tames my frizzy hair without making it greasy. It smells so nice too and doesn’t irritate my scalp like a lot of other products that do. I would definitely recommend using this again although the price is a little high, I would get it on special though!.it is also very light weight and not heavy on my hair. It also isn’t sticky which I enjoy, I found it gives my hair a little volume too with my style hair cut.

I’ve come to the conclusion that my hair is untameable. Since having kids my hair has never been the same. Dry and frizzy when pre kids it was silky and smooth. When I first tried this Redken product I was hopeful. I had instant results and when used both morning and night I found it definitely tamed most flyaways. However I found the product quickly built up and unless you are washing your hair daily, the product build up became quite heavy. I haven’t seen any long term results of using this product however if you’re after a smooth styling serum I would certainly give this one a go. It’s lightweight, a little goes a long way, easy to use, convenient packaging etc. I think in my case with this hair serum - it’s a classic “it’s me not you” situation.
