Found Hair in a brand new product

Opened the product from the packaging and my partner found what appears to be hair in the brand new clippers (See photos attached) This is ridiculous as they were all closed packages - only opened up to put on the guard -

I bought my first Remington hair clippers 20 years ago. They stopped working properly six months ago, and I bought a new one at the shaver shop. It is so disappointing, this is rubbish, I suppose I should have realised that I paid about the same price this time as 20 years ago. But it is so bad, I cant see how you could put you name on it. This is just cheap junk. The #4 head does not work as previously, the slide on heads are so superior to the clip on heads.
