Revitalift Filler Eye Serum

Very Disappointing – Sticky, Irritating, and Not Worth It I've been using this serum for a month now, and honestly, it's one of the worst eye products I’ve ever tried. The serum doesn’t absorb well at all under the eyes, and the applicator is not user-friendly. It leaves a sticky residue that feels extremely uncomfortable — my eyelids literally stick together, which is a horrible sensation, especially around such a sensitive area. What’s worse is that it actually feels like it’s burning my eyes slightly after application. The discomfort has reached a point where I feel I have no choice but to throw it away. It’s absolutely not suitable to use before makeup, and it leaves my eyes feeling irritated rather than refreshed. I kept telling myself to give it more time, hoping for some positive results, but unfortunately, there’s been no improvement whatsoever. The sticky texture, the unpleasant burning sensation, and the lack of any real benefit make this product a complete disappointment. Definitely not worth the money.

The L'Oréal Paris Revitalift Filler Eye Serum with 2.5% Hyaluronic Acid & Caffeine is a novel product for me because of its applicator. This eye serum also comes with a lovely applicator with three metal beads. These beads give a cold massaging action while simultaneously applying this serum under my eye. I have found it to be very relaxing. I have normal skin with only a few wrinkles under my eyes, but I tend to get dark circles. With this use of this eye serum both day and night for the last month, I have definitely seen an improvement in my under eye area in terms of reduced darkness and less visible lines. It is also very hydrating. Overall, I highly recommend this eye serum.

The L’Oreal Paris Revitalift Filler Eye Serum comes in a shiny purple cardboard box. On the front of the box it claims that it “Replumps Eye Wrinkles”; “Visibly Reduces Dark Circles”. It also suggests that users will have “younger looking eyes in 2 weeks”. It is fragrance free and contains 2.5% hyaluronic acid + caffeine. On the front of the box, and on the side, are pictured the bottle and the unique wand design used to apply the product. The other side of the box has instructions on how to apply the product. The serum itself comes in a 20ml purple glass bottle. The product is clear. You apply it by unscrewing the silver lid, to which is attached the “triple roller cooling massager” wand. I love the wand on this serum. It is very easy to use, and is very comfortable and soothing when massaged around the contours of the eye. The wand actually picks up a lot of product in the three ball-bearings, so I try to scrape some back off into the bottle before using it, otherwise I get too much serum around my eyes. After using this product for over 2 weeks I did not notice a huge difference in the levels of wrinkles around my eyes, but it is not currently a huge area of concern for me. I did notice that the combination of the cooling metal massager wand, and the caffeine, did sooth my under-eye area and make it much less puffy. A good massage in the area with the wand helps me look and feel more awake in the morning. I also have sensitive skin and eyes, and the product has not irritated them. Altogether a nice serum to use. I think the wand alone is worth the price of the serum as it is just so nice to use around the eye area.

I cleansed my face and then I applied this exactly as they mentioned and it was stinging so bad that I had to wash it off quickly and it got puffy all under my eye and to the side a little bit. I wish I took a photo. This is one product that I won't be buying again it was that bad, I will have to bring it back and get a refund from the store where I got it.
