Easy clean, non stick frypan 5 stars

Excellent non stick frypan. Cooks food perfectly with very little oil. One wipe and it's clean. Great product.

I was excited to receive this item. I spent a great deal of time researching ceramic pans, and settled on this one due to the price and some of the reviews. I don't recall reading that the pan was angled and oil runs to the sides. Meat does not seem to cook evenly, and after three weeks, the handle is loose. We can't seem to tighten it. Overall, not too impressed with this item.
