Common Uses Measures Systolic and Diastolic blood pressure and pulse rate

Directions Remove all jewelry, such as watches and bracelets from your left arm. Note:if your doctor has diagnosed you with poor circulation in your left arm, use your right arm. Roll or pushup your sleeve to expose the skin. Make sure your sleeve is not too tight. Apply the cuff to your wrist with your palm facing up. Position the edge of the cuff about 1cm~1.5cm from wrist joints. Fasten the wrist cuff around your wrist, leaving no extra room between the cuff and your skin. If the cuff is too loose, the measurements will not be accurate. Sit comfortable with your tested wrist resting on a flat surface. PLace your elbow on a table so that the cuff is at the same level as your heart. Turn your palm upwards. Sit upright in a chair, take 5-6 deep breaths. Press the start/ stop button to turn on the monitor and it will finish the measurement.

Originally brought this for myself as have had a bit of low blood pressure. Fast delivery as usual. So far only used it for a week. And it’s going good! I followed instructions how to put it on and the position at heart level. Compared reading to my dads Omron standard blood pressure monitor & it’s exactly same reading. Handy for travelling.
