Dissolve one lozenge slowly in the mouth. Do not swallow whole. Take at the first sign of sore throat symptoms or as directed by your health professional. Adults & Children 12 +: 1 Lozenge, 8 times daily

Sambucus nigra (Black Elderberry) fruit juice dry 81.43mg, equiv. to fruit juice fresh 2.85g; Hedera helix (Ivy leaf) leaf extract dry concentrate 10mg, equiv. to leaf dry 60mg.
