Directions for use:

Shake the bottle well before each use.
Remove the cap and prime the pump by pressing it a few times until a fine mist is released.
Insert the nozzle into one nostril while keeping the other nostril closed.
Spray once or twice into the nostril while inhaling gently.
Repeat the process for the other nostril.
Wipe the nozzle clean after each use and replace the cap.

Use the spray up to two sprays per nostril up to 6 times daily, but do not use it more than once every three hours. If symptoms persist, consult a healthcare professional.
