1. Identify left and right foot symbols on each cushion.2. Trial placement in the shoe before removing protective film.3. Wipe shoe clean before applying.4. Peel protective film off cushion and apply to the shoe sticky side down.6.Reposition if required ensuring the cushions are in the same position in each shoe.
