First ever Box Dye

My first ever box dye review 🤎 I have never used Box dye or even coloured my hair at salon since I was always scared of the damage. Yet this time I took the risk, and honestly………. I am shocked .. The colour turned out so natural and beautiful on my virgin hair, exactly what I wanted. And still my hair feels so soft and healthy. I am genuinely impressed.

Lovely colour and shine with extra steps

First time using at home hair colour but was pleasantly surprised at the end result. The colour was lovely and looked natural although it did appear a bit darker at first. My hair also didn't feel as dry as I thought afterwards and it covered my grey hair well. The downside is that it has extra steps so be prepared to set more time aside for colouring hair compared to a salon.

Schwarzkopt crème supreme is the best home colouring pack I have ever used. Thr colours develops well and gives your hair colour a proper lift. The formula does not have a strong smell anf is not harsh on your scalp. The products are well packaged which makes it so easy to apply and dispose. Final result? Great colour and application.

Had a friend help me apply and even with my long hair, it had great coverage, and the colour came out great, not exactly the same but only because my hair was probably a little dark for it.

Great DIY hair trick

I was wary because I have had some self hair dying disasters before, however my hair was more than lacklustre after lots of bleaching, sun and braiding while on holidays. I decided to give it a crack and i was pleasantly surprised. It came up a little darker initially but it takes a few washes to settle but worth it! Hair dye, intensive treatment hair mask and a good heat protectant and straighten and it looks much better. It wasn’t too harsh and came close to the intended outcome.

Smell is not over powering like most dyes

I really enjoyed trialling this hair colour , easily applied to my roots for a shiny finish. When rinsing it came out evenly and didn’t leave my hair dry and rough. Colour has stayed for a few weeks now so no need to worry about buying touch up packs. Some fading but not as much as other brands.
