I've been using this product for years

I've been using this product for years. Some people won't like it. My natural hair is light brown/dirty blonde. 7 gets me straight to dull orange, 8 gets me to level 9 blonde with yellow undertones, 9 is too damaging so I don't like that one. I usually go for level 8 lift and then pick out a light ash blonde or pearl blonde to tone a few days after and that works really well for me. I've very rarely had problems with this product.

The product definitely lifts the colour off of your hair,

The product definitely lifts the colour off of your hair, but the examples on the back of the box are false advertisements. I have dark coloured hair, very similar to the darkest on the example area, and my hair turned out orange and patchy on the first time. Which obviously patchiness was partly my fault (even though i had basically fully lathered it). So i did a second round and my hair is blonde but is also very orange. Another thing, it says “Anti-yellow” on the box but my hair is a very very yellow blodne. I’m disappointed with the false advertising.
