Disappointing.

The product doesn’t secure a firm hold at all. Plus the fact that it’s close to $100 is a joke. Only redeeming quality is that it’s a wireless charger but apart from that everything else about it sucks.

Good product, despite some flaws

The wireless charging works well with my setup (Samsung s21 Ultra + Mitsubishi Pajero) by attaching it to the air vent instead of using a suction cup, as that method would obstruct my view too much and prevent overheating. The air vent attachment could've been better by having a claw on the back since it wiggles around when driving on bumpy surfaces. I would recommend taking your phone out of the case as this removes extra weight. I've had some issues with the Qi charging when flashing red, but I make sure to reposition my phone so the lights turn blue before driving away. The extra USB-C port is handy too as my passenger can utilise 20W charging for their phone. Overall a bit fiddly to get setup, but once you spend time with it and understand it nuances, it is a good product.

Don’t buy it

Phone falls out of cradle all the time and flashes red as it isn’t charging the phone! No reason why.

Not strong enough to hold an iPhone 12 Pro

Arm is too weak to hold an iPhone 12 Pro. It shakes like you're in an earthquake when driving at 50km/h or faster. It maybe ok for less heavier phones.
