This is an excellent addition to the usefulness of the multi-zone of our Smeg induction cooktop. Seasoned perfectly it grills steaks perfectly with even heat distribution, flip it and it makes great pancakes. Only issue is that the handles are not that easy to grasp when removing it so always wait till it cools and lift carefully. Great product promising longevity and utility . 😃👍

Excellent quality

Excellent quality & awesome to cook on. Used on my induction cook top & cooked my steak to perfection. Also grilled corn on cob on the plate & turned out so crisp & juicy. Really good heat distribution & will cook just about anything you would do on a BBQ.

Not rust proof

This is not rust proof! I had it on the bench ready to wash before the first use but didn't get to it straight away. Water must have splashed from the tap, when I lifted the griddle it left a rust stain on my stone bench top - be careful where you store/rest it. Works well though.
