Poor quality

I did a lot of research before buying this machine. Only to get it home and it leaks water and doesn’t come with a useful set up guide. Upon contacting Kitchen Aid they said they would send a video with a lesson on setting up the machine. Before the video arrived I had already packed it up to return to the store. I purchased a Breville the Barista Express Impress and I am very happy with it

It was exactly what we saw online really functional ...sleek design ...makes great coffee

Great machine

We’re very happy. The coffee grinder releases a fabulous coffee fragrance each time which heightens your anticipation for the coffee. The machine quickly gets up to pressure to pour the espresso. It took a few tries to get the milk hot enough for our taste, but now we know that the milk jug should be nearly scalding to touch. There are quite a few controls to get your head around, but it is logically organised from left to right. With excellent beans from our favourite local cafe, we’re getting a great coffee every time. A perfect family Christmas present!
