Great headphones - I've always trusted Sennheiser

I purchased these headphones almost two weeks ago and they have proved phenomenal. The noise cancelling is a little fidgety to get your finger touch around, but otherwise, as someone who loves hearing all the sounds in their music across multiple genres, these rock. Also, they are so comfy. I wore them one day for almost three hours. No discomfort at all. Of course, every head is different. A big thank you to, Nate, the salesman at the Indooroopilly store. He was very informative and helped make the decision between these and another pair so simple.

Absolutely terrible

Retuned my first set of these after they developed static noise and popping in left ear . Second pair stated doing similar after a week . It does it regardless of if it's connected or not and doesn't go away with factory reset . Iv been a massive fan of this brand for years but Obviously there's a flaw in the design . do not purchase these

Good sound & noise reduction, poor touchpad contol

I have bought two pairs of headphones for travelling. The sound is great and the noise reduction seems to work well but the real test will be on an aircraft. The app is average because it could have a better layout. I am not so impressed with the touchpad controls on the headphone. Volume is very difficult to control and tapping has too many functions.

Comfort, quality, bad noise cancelling...

Very comfortable and very good sounding headphones, only downside is the noise cancelling not being as good as Sony or Bose's. But fully worth it if looking for good quality headphones.

Comfy, easy to use, decent noise cancellation.

It had worked pretty well and the voice pickup during a call seemed to work pretty well too. I only have 2 things I am slightly annoyed with. 1. Noise cancellation is not quite as good as I thought for a fully covered earphones. It works better than AirPod Pro 2 but I was expecting more as I can still hear surrounding noise/people talking etc. Having said that, I don't know what the "best" are like as my experience with noise cancellation is minimal. 2. Controlling the device required that you connect to either an iOS or Android device. I wanted to use it for PC and Apple TV only but in order to make settings changes and manage connected device, I have to connect it to my iOS device as well. I would have thought that there is a way to do it via PC. The ear padding is very comfortable and the lengthening of the "over the head holder, which uses friction instead of stepped and is very flexible, are both very comfortable. Hopefully, they are a bit resistance to wear and tear. I am not audiophile but I think that for a average listener, the quality is quite good. I like the controls, which is done via touch gestures on the side of the headphones. Simple and intuitive to use. Shouldn't take long to get use to it.

Descent pair of headphones with cool colour way

Thought they would be more bassy but they are better than some jbl ones I’ve had. Cool touch features on the side of headphones plus they stop playing when you remove them just like AirPods.

Would not recommend this brand

Has my HD450 replaced under warranty after 4 months, sent in for repairs then after a month replaced with Accentum Plus Wireless. Took them home and charged them and there is a weird clicking in left headphone constantly. Back at JB to have them replaced and no stock. I’m getting toe surgery was the whole reason to get these sorted I wanted decent Bluetooth headphones. Very disappointed would not buy this brand again

Almost perfect, but doesn't get loud enough

Just like Momentum 4 and base Accentums, these need to be turned up all the way almost to the maximum volume to sound acceptably loud. This is when used with a phone (iPhone or Android), which will be the primary use case for most, and with streaming services like Spotify. Ruins an otherwise excellent headphone.
