great performance.used all day without hurting my ears..clear voice and good anc.long battery hours, clear connection and sounds good
What a great choise. Im happy with this amazing an well done earbuds
earbud would charge on the right side, barely used at all, very common issue it seems like, please stay away from this Sxxxxxxx brand.
Do not buy, had issues the day I bought them. There’s a feedback loop error it cause the earbuds to ping and it’s really annoying and u can’t stop it. Research this before buying. Luckily I bought on sale for $99 instead of $299 but I’m returning them today.
I purchased these up on sale for $99 AUD down from $299 and it feels like an absolute value honestly. For the price, these beat the Galaxy Buds, hands down. Nice to be able to pair with numerous devices at the same time but the ANC didn’t wow me like I was hoping. I haven't had a chance to fully test the battery life yet since they are a recent purchase. But I have one unusual nitpick, the case design is kinda ridiculous. The charging connector is immediately opposite the hinge, so if you try to open the case when it’s plugged in, the wire gets in your way. It’s a little thing but really annoying.
Sound is good but left earbud keeps dying. Replaced unit - same problem. Horrible quality
I'm so disappointed with these. I bought them at release for $500 after loving the previous version. There is a glaring fault with the product that Sennheiser refuses to acknowledge. If you forget to charge them and they run completely flat, they will never take a new charge again. The case will charge, but the earbuds will never charge again. I'm on my third pair, and now Sennheiser is refusing to replace them again because my warranty is expiring. I didn't break them; it's a product fault. So frustrating. Suppose I'll switch to a different brand. The sound quality i very goof though, which is to be expected from Sennheiser.
I purchased a set of Sennheiser ear buds they work great for a while then they stopped working returned to Jb for repair or replacement under warranty it took a little while, but they replace under warranty i was like awesome. But a month later went for a walk and they have crapped themselves again and originally warranty has run out. i would not recommend Sennheiser ear buds they cost just shy of $400 when i purchased them spend money on alternative ear buds
don’t stay in ears at all, sound quality is pretty good but if you plan to exercise this is inpossible, anything more than sitting at a desk these are useless
I've used them only twice per week for 3 months and already the right ear bud is completely dead. Customer support was less then helpful on the matter even though this is a very well know issue...
Battery life is nowhere near 7 hours. At best, you will get an honest 4 hour usage with full charge.
Didn't work straight out of the box twice! Had them both posted to my house but had to go in store for replacements twice. Opted for another model after this.
good sound quality but cheaply made, after 6 months one of the earbuds stopped working...I wasn't even using it every day
Absolutely terrible. Left earbud stopped working after only a few months. Looking online it is a known issue with some people going through multiple replacement pairs. Rather than have to suffer through what I've also read is pretty average customer service I'll be going with a different brand because even without the fault left earbud these are not worth the money or the hassle. The sound quality is just okay, they are not all that comfortable, even with the multiple tips and rings the fit is never very good, and having come from apple airpods both the noise cancelling and transparency mode are incredibly disappointing. An incredibly overpriced product. Avoid.
As usual with Sennheiser, sound quality is excellent. A little confusing to control, at first, but that will certainly pass with understanding from use. Bluetooth connection and pairing is lightning fast. Comfortable to wear. Very pleased with purchase and would highly recommend this model to others.
Sound great when they're working. 1st pair now 2nd pair failed, won't hold a charge or connect the right bud. JB sales rep was no help at all, was very helpful selling me this though.
Good sound quality if you like everything loud all the time. You can adjust this further in your device settings so that the headphones are suitable for indoor use, but not through the app or headphones themselves. Not suitable for indoor listening. Also, this model only allows pass through mode when both headphones are connected.
Fantastic headphones I’ll use these live the best non wired in ears
Firstly, the soundstage on these is absolutely phenomenal. Natural mids and highs, deep and punchy bass, these punch well above their weight. The case is more compact than the MW2, and the overall size and weight of the MW3 are lighter. I find these to sit in your ear a lot better than AirPod Pros and the silicone tip doesnt push the bud out of your ear when moving around. The bad is using these in any sort of scenario where you are generating wind resistance, eg riding a bike, the wind noise is massive, to the point where I used the in the office and went back to the MW2's for riding. Noted that these aren't marketed as sports earphones, but a point to raise if you are looking to use a high end earphone for office and play. I picked these up for $249 now the MW4's have been released, and based on that alone, these are unbeatable for the money.
Quite possibly the most unreliable earbuds I’ve purchased. I’ve had multiple warranty replacements to only have them continue to faile. The RH bud loses all sound due to bluetooth or internal failure. Now Sonovo won’t look at a repair as they claim “they are out of warranty”. It hadn’t been 12-months with set three! When they did work, loved them.
These earphones are great when they work, however within 8 weeks of purchasing I had to send them in for warranty due to the battery case and earphones no longer accepting a charge, and also running out of charge far too soon. A quick look online shows endless people with the same and similar faults
Bought on sale in Jan'24. Excellent sound and features.
We have two sets, both have had charging problems. We fixed one by factory reset, the other is completely dead and won't charge despite all of the fixes. Do not buy this product!
The quality of the sound these headphones/earbuds produce is better than the previous model, which I thought were also excellent. Brilliant sound clarity with excellent bass.
I’ve had these headphones for just over a year and had to get them replaced under warranty as one of the EarPods died. They’re not great headphones for working out as they tend to fall out of your ears and the wind noise when running isn’t nice. The sound is unreal compared to most other earphones I’ve tested.
I felt it was time to update from the Original True Wireless In Ears having discovered these in my recent visit to the Springvale Homemaker Store. My biggest issue with the original was the battery life, which was average at best but was tolerable due to the excellent sound from the headphones. I had avoided the True Wireless 2 due to the initial middling reviews it received stating that compromises had been made to the sound quality, a big No in my book. So having purchased the True Wireless 3 pretty much sight unseen I was hoping for the best! Well I am pretty happy overall. The sound quality is excellent. In fact I would definitely say even better, as there are details and definition in instruments that are much more crisp and with a nice amount of bass (yes, I have enabled the bass boost!). The battery "issue" has been rectified as the Sennheiser app has an auto off timer that you can set at increments. I have been running on my initial charge for nearly two weeks now. To put that in context I use the headphones about three times a week for about an hour to 45 minutes during exercises.
I am a big fan of Sannheiser products, I've been using them for many years. But this specific model is a BIG LET DOWN!! my previous headphones were cx 400BT true wireless which is a cheaper model, worked well for me for 3 years! I've decided to upgrade to Momentum true wireless 3: pros: - good sound quality - comfortable (good idea to use customisable 'fins') - they look great, nice case and color (graphite), good design overall - good unti-wind feature - good sound persanalization - pretty good touch controls, definitely better then samsung buds 2 pro - good idea with sound zones - i like how customizable touch controls are (same as in cx 400bt) cons: - I just hate "adaptive noise cancelation". I would like to have customization for that feature, I would like to be able to controll it! - the loudness of the headphones, I have pretty average hearing and in a quiet environment the minimum loudness is VERY LOUD! if you have same issue as me try to use "volume control app" its free and can make any headphones louder & quiter, eg quiter by 10%, 20% etc - can't access anti-wind feature via touch controls, only via app the biggest let down: - case battery life issue, I assume its a software bug and not hardware I use headphones usually around 30mins while commuting, put then back in case, but after taking them out 10% of battery life in case is gone, so if you do the math, you can use them around 11 times before case battery goes to 0, if you calculate it all together its only about 5-6hours of total use! instead of 28 hours!!! I don't use them much but I need to charge the case at least once a week. In contrast, my old cx 400bt has significantly better life, and I charged them only once a fortnight if not even less then that. I think its an obvious bug. I mean it make sense if you use headphones for like 7hours straight, then put htem back in case and case gets -10%, but when you use headphones for like 20-30mins, why the case still goes down by 10%??? Please, repair this BUG in the next update!!! - and the biggest issue of these headphones,is a POOR BUILD QUALITY I honestly think they are not gonna last me 3 years like last headphones, considering its price its a bit let down in quality P.S. I've noticed that my old headphones were made by Sennheiser, but this ones by Sonova?! is this the reason for poor build quality?! the new company decided to cheap out on building materials?!
Longer last battery charge Awesome sounds. Good value
