I waited to write this review as I had upcoming teeth whitening booked in and wanted to see how this toothpaste would hold up, especially since I’ve previously experienced sensitivity pain, particularly when drinking hot and cold liquids. I was genuinely impressed by how effective it was. I noticed a significant reduction in discomfort when consuming things like cold water and hot soup. The taste is pleasant, with a familiar minty flavour similar to other toothpastes. My only gripe is with the screw-top cap. I’d much prefer a flip-top design, especially with kids in the house, as it’s easier to manage and less likely to go missing. On one occasion, the lid was left off and the toothpaste developed a strange, unpleasant taste. I had to squeeze out some of the product to get rid of the bad taste, which felt a bit wasteful.

I've been using this toothpaste and it's been great for my sensitive teeth. It gives relief and also helps protect and strengthen enamel from the first brush. I’ve noticed less pain from cold drinks, and my teeth look a bit whiter too. It gently removes stains and works well for daily use. Sensodyne never disappoints! It’s so easy to use, from the packaging to the main usage of paste is so easy. I would highly recommend this as it leave your teeth fresh,clean and ready.

Even though I love the mintyness of the product I have not been able to see any real difference on the whiteness of my teeth. Thought I enjoyed that it helped with my sensitivity I don't know if it's worth the price.
