Seremind® can help manage restlessness and reoccurring thoughts accompanying anxious moods. It contains Silexan®, a specially prepared and patented lavender oil that has been shown to help relieve symptoms such as feeling irritable, finding it hard to stop worrying, feeling tired easily and disturbed sleep.1 Seremind® helps to calm your nerves, providing relief to your symptoms of mild anxiety. You should start to see relief of these symptoms within 2 weeks of daily use.1 What is mild anxiety?. Anxiety is very common in Australia. Directions Adults: Take 1 capsule daily, swallowed whole with a full glass of water at mealtime. Do not take Seremind while lying down. Not to be used in children and adolescents under the age of 18 years.

Ingredients Seremind also contains rape seed oil, sorbitol, glycerol, gelatin, purified water and annatto. Note: Seremind does not contain egg, peanuts, soy beans, tree nut products, yeast, gluten, artificial colours, flavourings or preservatives. Contains: The active ingredient lavender oil 80 mg
