Over Hyped

I am surprised this product had such good reviews from various comparison sites. Disappointed it does not cut close enough so still require scissors / tweezer for nose and ear. Is much better than previous ConAir Diamond ( crap ) but significantly worse previous Panasonic. Should of reordered Panasonic for a closer cut.
