Shark S7001 Steam & Scrub Mop

I wanted to like this but it left weird marks and a strange dullness on my (sealed) hardwood floors and was acceptable but not amazing on tiles. I contacted Shark who replied right away but in quite a mystifying way. "We'll send you out a set of replacement pads," they said, having asked for photos of everything. No word on whether the pads I received with the appliance were defective or what caused it to be useless on wooden floors. I think the idea is cool but having been disappointed in a few hybrid options (steams and scrubs, vacuums and mops etc) I am starting to think 'does one thing brilliantly' is preferable.

The spinning disc cleans floor more thoughly and the blast is useful to get extra steam for those stains and extra dirty areas like the toilet floors.

Every household needs this beauty -reliable and the clean is amazing. Coudln't ask for a better mop and great value for money.

Great powerful steam mop.. My girlfriends tried it and saw how powerful it is and straight away went and ordered for themselves..

Cleans well. Was quiet for a few weeks, now it is incredibly loud - like a hairdryer.

I tried everything to get this product to work without leaving horrible circle streaks. But ninja gaslit me into thinking I was using it wrong. Now it just sits behind my laundry door gathering dust.

It is great on my tiles does a wonderful nice and shiny Job tiles.

I bought it about two months ago and I love it Highly recommended It’s a time saver

I,m not really happy with my product due to the steam stopped working again i had the same problem with the first one that you did exchange ,,,,,it was working wonderful and then it just stopped i don,t know why at all

I love it. It’s so easy to use and it scrubs the floors. It’s so much better than a hand mop. I could get my floors looking good after a mop. Now they look great.

Product was excellent the only concern is too light that it falls off easily and worried d water tank might be comprmised and water might leak as it has abit of dent now

I’ve had my steam mop for a few months not happening at all with the product it just spreads the dirt around I ended up buying a mop & bucket to clean the floors properly & the floors where filthy the steam mop was a total wate of money

We bought this a few months ago, so pleased with it, we have our Golden retriever inside , it cleans so well, nice & light, even hubby like to use it

I am extremely happy with this steam mop, it is easy to use, is light to move around and does a great job.

Bought from a promotion. Better retail promotions as we found out. Won't make that mistake again.

Bought a year ago and broke within 8 months When using did not pick up stubborn scuffs despite scrubbing pads Item literally snapped at the plastic join and not able to mended ( head just spins itself in circles nd is unusable) I mop daily after vacuuming ( please see review for shark brush roll vacuum) and now just use a cheap kmart mop which works better for my household. Wouldn’t buy this product again but I do like other shark products

I bought this item more than 12 months ago and am now only just receiving a request for a review?? This steam mop is excellent for cleaning my floors, better than any other mop on the market, no chemicals required, just clean water.

I expected a lot and all I got was disappointment . “ never scrub” is what sold me to buy it. I can confirm: the grout and tiles did not come up clean as per the promo video.

It’s very good while it works, used it twelve times and then just stops steaming. The Lino floors, makes up a small area of the house. So it was never over worked. This is probably one product you definitely must take out the extended warranty on. Extremely disappointed. Unfortunately nothing is made to last, past the warranty period. We really have become a throwaway society.

The double pads make it much easier to manoeuvre with so much less strain on your back. Love it

I have been borrowing my mother’s Steam and Scrub mop for a few weeks until I could get my hands on one myself. Nothing else cleans our floors as well, the finish on our hard wood floors is almost as if they’ve been buffed, I refuse to hand mop or use anything else. It’s the best product I’ve come across for floors and I recommend it to anyone who will listen!

Purchased one month ago and have now used several times. This product makes you want to mop the floors. It is very easy to use, no pressure placed on your back unlike traditional mops, this mop glides across the floor and cleans my timber floors beautifully. Only suggestion I could make is company could include more of the mopping heads as they need to soaked then scrubbed by hand in order to be clean for the next use. A few more would mean you leave them soaking for longer.

its easy to use and lifts the dirt off my floors. Only problem is it doesn't get into the corners of the bathroom and kitchen. Other than that awesome.

Its nice but I wanted say it scrubs the floor that well .A bit hit and miss with marks on the floor

I’ve used this mop a few times and I love it so had to purchase my own I’m a self employed cleaner with around 20-22 clients a week and a few have this model after I recommended it for their houses
